Setup
Follow the steps in order; the FAQ errata are already applied. Citations give printed page numbers: LtP = Learn to Play, RR = Rules Reference, RotE = Rise of the Empire rulesheet, FAQ = FAQ & errata v2.1. Where they differ, the FAQ beats the expansion, the expansion beats the Rules Reference, and the Rules Reference beats the Learn to Play.

Search the Rulebooks
Answers from this page come first, then every matching page of the Learn to Play, the Rules Reference, the FAQ & errata and, when selected, the Rise of the Empire rulesheet (its two sides are split into left and right halves). The FAQ's Rise of the Empire answers (FAQ pp.6–8) are searchable only when Rise of the Empire is selected; the six general rulings on pp.7–8 that also apply to the base game are always searchable.
